I found this update on the "sewage baby" on Lifesitenews. I did NOT write the following article.
Co-authored with Ben Johnson
MONTREAL, June 21, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Police in Montreal are looking for the mother of a small baby whose body was discovered in a solid-waste tank in a waste treatment plant just north of the city. They say the baby was likely flushed down the toilet.
The shocking discovery comes just weeks after the world was transfixed by video footage of Chinese workers laboring to remove a baby from a sewage pipe after her single mother flushed her down a toilet, something police said was an "accident." The baby girl has been released from the hospital in her grandparents' care.
Employees "were shocked, they were surprised, they were floored by this, obviously,” said Montreal Sgt. Gino Pare about the latest case. “They stopped their work right away and called the police."
This baby was rescued from a sewage pipe in China recently.
Police say they want the woman to seek treatment, but added that charges may be possible, depending on the results of an autopsy, reports Sun News.
"We have to see among other things, if [the child] was viable or not," said Sgt. Gino Pare. "For now, what's important for now is mainly to find the mother to give her help. She's really someone who needs help."
There been a rash of other similar cases in recent weeks.
Earlier this month, 27-year-old Shavaughn Robison was charged after police say she gave birth to a baby in a toilet, then put the newborn in a trash bag and threw her in a dumpster.
In May, 19-year-old Cherlie Lafleur gave birth to a baby in the ladies' restroom at McCaskey East High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and then allegedly abandoned the child in the trash can. The baby was between 27 and 29 weeks gestation.
Some abortion providers actually advise young women to flush their babies down the toilet. In April, an undercover investigator with Live Action filmed a counselor at Dr. Emily’s Women’s Health Center in the Bronx telling her, “If it comes out, then it comes out. Flush it if anything, you know, put it in a bag or something or somewhere and bring it to us.”
Such births also take place inside abortion facilities.
Kareema Cross testified that a baby born in a toilet tried to swim out at Dr. Kermit Gosnell's Women's Medical Society in West Philadelphia. Gosnell was convicted in the murder of “Baby D,” as well as two others.
In 2011, abortionist James Pendergraft admitted he sometimes allowed babies to be born alive and then die while “wiggling around in the toilet.”

One child policy.

(source)
Xinyi, Jiangsu, May 18, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - More than 20 family planning officials nearly beat a farmer in Jiangsu province to death last week because he and his wife have three children, violating China's strict One-Child Policy, according to the human rights group China Aid.

Zhang Futao is now hospitalized in critical condition and fighting for his life after suffering severe head injuries, according to the group.
The family planning officials reportedly burst into Zhang’s home at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday (May 15). They then kidnapped the farmer and made his family pay a ransom.

The family immediately took him to the emergency room of the Linyi city People's Hospital, where he was found to have a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. He had lost 100 milliliters (100 cc) of blood. According to China Aid, he might have died in an hour if his family had not brought him to the hospital.

Zhang is the family's sole breadwinner. He and his wife have three children, two girls aged 12 and four years old, and a boy of six. His mother died 11 years ago, and his father is in poor health. The cost for the surgery Zhang needs is estimated at between 10,000 RMB (US$1,630) and 20,000 RMB (US$3260). The family is appealing for help to cover the costs. Police have already started an investigation.

ChinaAid said it is “shocked” that that more violent crimes in the name of family planning are coming to light this year. The group said it is calling on the church and Christians to express their concern and to pray, as well as to help the victims in concrete ways, "so as to shine a light of love in the face of the darkness of society and the Chinese government."

In China, abortion is a very popular thing due to the one child policy. If the government catches you with more children than you are allowed, there is a large chance that, if you do not flee your country, you will be beaten or put in jail for the rest of your life. Just years before, a woman was murdered while fleeing the country because she was having another child and had exceeded the amount of kids allowed. She tried to leave, but they wouldn't let either survive, yet that was barely ever-if at all-talked about on the news because people try to shy away from this new holocaust.

“We condemn this egregious, state-sponsored violence against an innocent citizen, whose only ‘crime’ is having more than one child,” said Reggie Littlejohn, president of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, another human rights group that combats the One-Child Policy.
Littlejohn said that her group is demanding “that the family planning attackers be brought to justice, that Mr. Zhang’s full medical expenses be covered, and that his family be compensated.”
She also pointed out that this latest incident is only one of many similar incidents that routinely take place in China.
“The spirit of the Red Guard lives on in China’s population control machine,” she said.  “Family Planning Officials are above the law and function as domestic terrorists.”

This is not safe.

During the crazy time period of the baby stuck in a sewage pipe, another tragedy happened in China. A woman died during a forced abortion in the very building that is pictured. 26 year old woman, Zhang Yinping, was dragged into the clinic and underwent a fatal procedure that ended both the child's and her life. She was 6 months pregnant.
If a 4 month old baby can do this, imagine what a 6 month old baby feels.

Yuyue, Hubei, May 29, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - In the wake of the heartbreaking story about how a newborn baby in China was rescued after apparently being flushed down a public toilet and becoming lodged in a sewage pipe, comes a report that a woman has died after being forced to abort by Chinese family planning officials.
O
n May 23, 2013, 26-year-old pregnant mother Zhang Yinping was dragged to the local Family Planning Office in Yuyue, Hubei, for a forced abortion, according to the human rights group All Girls Allowed.
Despite being 6-months pregnant, the Family Planning Officials reportedly went ahead with the forced surgery.  After the surgery, Ms. Zhang suffered a massive hemorrhage and died the following morning on May 24th.

According to All Girls Allowed, local Jiayu county officials are investigating this case as a "medical accident" and the Family Planning Office has been closed during the investigation.  Ms. Zhang's relatives surrounded the office in protest, but the county sent police officers to stop the protest.  There are reportedly no signs of a criminal investigation or criminal charges.

"Please pray for this unfolding story, that All Girls Allowed would be able to get a hold of the victim's family and obtain more details, photos and even video evidence of this horrific forced abortion and murder," said the human rights group in a statement. "Pray that the mainstream media would pick up this case, especially as it comes alongside the announcement of Two-Child Policy in Myanmar to restrict the growth of the Muslim population there."
China's one-child policy is routinely enforced through brutal measures including forced abortions and sterilizations, and crippling fines that can amount to several times a family's annual income.
