Adoption is always the best answer.

This post won't be a serious article, but it will be about something I feel strongly about-Adoption.

As you probably already know, my family is currently in the process of adopting a little boy who I will refer to as "Petey" and I honestly don't know how we would get along without him, even though he is currently being a pistol for my mom while she gets him dressed. Oh, and doing his famous "goat noise."

I used to wonder how someone who adopts a baby can feel the same way about that child as if they gave birth to the baby, but now, I understand, because I love Petey just as much as I love my other brothers, which, by the way, is a whole lot.

We are actually considering moving so that we can continue fostering and hopefully adopting more children who need our help and love.

We did a few respites, which is pretty much baby-sitting other Foster parents Foster kids so they can have a break, and one of the kids, well, let's just say we fell in love with him. We wanted to adopt him, but were unable, sadly, but, while he was in our care, we took him to church, loved him, cared for him, made sure he had plenty to eat and drink.

He had night terrors, but after just a couple weeks with us, they were almost gone! He made such stride with us!  We still pray for him.

"Petey" could've been aborted, in fact, he almost died, but now, he is a healthy little boy, who is currently learning to walk, his first birthday is even coming up, and he is loved to death by us and by everyone else who meets him.

Adoption is always the better answer.
